Really struggling with motivation and wanting to do anything. Can’t tell if it’s due to change, my depression coming back or just loneliness. Struggling with friendships that have changed, that have become small talk and feel so distant. Can’t figure out if its me or the other people. Keep dwelling on wanting more but not wanting to speak up because I know it will just end in defensiveness. I don’t know why I’m struggling so much and it’s hard to accept it. Don’t have a clue how to get out of it. Meds don’t work, counselors have hurt me more so guess I’m on my own. Prayers for God to show up in the ways I need, for guidance on how to get out of this funk. Prayers for the hurt and wanting to give up on everyone around me. Prayers maybe God can bring a friend or mentor that be here in this hard season. Prayers I won’t give up on hope.
