I’ve been here many times over the last month regarding my step son and his struggles in school. This year seems to have taken on a new level of issues rapidly over the last couple weeks. Last Friday he was involved in a physical fight with name calling. He was then sent to In School Suspension for one day for this. He refused to stay on task that day and was prohibiting others from their focus, so he was given an additional day of In school suspension. The principal just called. He is now suspended, Out of School, because he went to the bathroom and graffitied inappropriate words and drawings.
Lord, what do we do? Where do we go from here? How do we get through to him?
We’re now taking days off of work to be able to stay home and supervise him. Lord, please show us what to do! I’m praying and praying and it just seems to be getting worse. Lord Jesus hear my cry, I am so worried he is going to get kicked out of this school we worked so hard to get him accepted into. And even more concerning is that he just does not seem to care. Please Lord.
