Heavenly Father, I come to you today for my partner, and ask that you would help him. He is in pain, and this pain is affecting our relationship. He is confused, O Lord, but you are not the author of confusion. You are the author of a sound mind. Please give my partner confidence that you are the great Healer, our Rock and Advocate. I know that he believes in you. Lord, I place all my worries about him into your hands. You are our refuge and our strength, our very present help in trouble. I will not fear, though everything around me is shaken. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus’ name, amen.
