over 20 years ago I did something I shouldn’t have done, shared remorse and made the necessary amends. It is part of my work history. (it wasn’t illegal). It may affect whether or not I get hired for a ministry position I feel called to. Please pray that I may have wisdom in sharing it with the hiring committee and that they would have grace.
