My anxiety has been going higher lately & I don’t know what to do about it. It seems like a endless cycle. It’s not even good days & bad days. It can truly change in an instance. I just want to find a way to resolve this & end this vicious cycle. If you guys could just pray for my anxiety I would really appreciate it.
