In high school I had to stop competitive cheerleading due to a serious health scare. Thankfully, God healed me to where I am strong enough to resume my passion. I tried out last year but did not make the team. Maybe the timing wasn’t when God wanted it to happen. Although I am hesitant to try out again, due to fear of rejection, I felt a calling from God. Regardless that I am a year older than almost every cheerleader trying out, I want to use my platform for good and inspire little girls to never give up on your dreams regardless of the obstacles. I know that there are many battles that are more serious than this one, but cheerleading is my outlet and it has my whole heart. Please pray that God will work wonders and my dream of making the team will become a reality against all odds, and that I will use that platform for good! This opportunity would change the course of my life, and I have wanted this since I was seven years old! Tryouts are this week, please keep praying miracle-working prayers! Thank You! God Bless
