I have been heavy in prayer the last 7 years that the Lord would bring be a godly husband to spend the rest of my life with (I’m in my early 40s). I struggle greatly in my mind why my prayer has yet to be answered. I know God is all knowing and knows why, but I still struggle so bad. Mentally it is very hard. I have been a loner my whole life, and I don’t understand why God wouldn’t want me to have a relationship that would glorify Him. Anyway, I have decided to quit praying about it and to resolve that me being single brings him more glory. So be it. I desperately need peace in my mind though, that’s my request. Thanks for reading all this and for any prayers.
