I am in the hospital following a PAO surgery on my right hip. Today my blood pressure has been really low and I haven’t been able to stand, or even sit upright with my feet on the floor. I knew it would be hard but I am really struggling with pain, worrying over whether or not I’m doing the right things and am feeling lonely.

God answered this prayer request. This is how:

Today I learned how to take socks and pants on and off with a grabber too. I also stood up for the first time and slowly made my way around the foot of the bed to the other side. Epidural and catheter have been removed, and I made it to the potty (with help) for the first time. I am feeling encouraged and thankful for progress made. My husband was able to stay with me most of the day, and a friend offered to come stay the night. I had been feeling so isolated and discouraged. Thank you for the prayers!
