Pray that I get favor with my mortgage company. I got behind due to covid and my dad passimg away. I’ve been on furlough since Sept and they offered me, if I qualify, for a reduced house payment with a lower interest rate and putting what I owe to the back of the loan. This would really be a big blessing for me.
