My partner and I found out we were pregnant, and For so long I didn’t think it was at all possible. But god blessed me with a baby boy. I decided to do the genetics testing, and as a result, the test came back positive for high risk of Down syndrome.
So this prayer is for strength. This prayer is rebuking the enemy. This prayer is for hope.
I come before you lord, and I pray for the baby you have blessed me with. I know there are so many beautiful people out there praying for this opportunity and for so long I thought it wasn’t possible for me. But you showed up in my life, once again, and blessed me with a baby boy.
I’m afraid to pray for the wrong thing, but I know you hear my heart and you understand what I’m feeling. Heavenly Father, give me strength. Give me the strength to accept what is out or my control. Give me strength to continue believing in the good that you are. Only you know why things happen the way they do and I believe in you Lord. I believe that you’re taking me on a path that I might not understand, but that it is all for the greater good. I have Faith in you, and I know that you are protecting my little one. Please continue to protect us Lord. Amen
