I have someone living in my rental that hasn’t paid rent in 3 months. He owes me close to 5000 and his rent included all utilities. There is a boy and his mother living in a room in the same house that keeps telling me she is going to call authorities on me cause they are renting a room in the house. she threatens me and I just want her to leave so I can move on with a good tenant. please pray that they will both vacant and perhaps pay some of the money they owe. I am a single mom with an autistic child and have no money to pay bills because this rental was supposed to be my income.
