Please pray for my family. My adult sons are making decisions major for their families & I’m happy for them – considering new possible jobs, to buy a house or not, where to settle, etc. It’s a lot, is stressful, and has a chance to create a lot of change in everybody’s lives in several ways.
And in the middle of it, I am concerned about my young grandchildren, who of course have certain security factors like where they currently live, their friends & school/teachers, activities outside the home, how much they get to see their working parents, how often their grandfather (me) gets to be involved in their lives (every day).
My sons know God, were taught about Jesus, but sadly they don’t live for Him, go to church or raise their kids in His word or ways. I try as best I can to stand in that gap with my grandchildren and am grateful I’ve been so blessed to have that opportunity. But all this new activity puts a lot of that at-risk & it’s breaking my heart. I want my family to grow & succeed, my sons & their families to have full lives & be blessed. They need to really know Jesus & trust Him to guide their lives.
Lord God please protect, lead & save them, especially my grandchildren!
