This is an update and a praise from several months ago…I was in the process of trying to get a medical waiver to join the Texas Army National Guard and was getting stonewalled for months. My wife and I had recently found out that we were pregnant with our second child and there was new urgency to get everything across the finish line.
But finally, after 3 months of waiting, on March 29th I officially signed my contract and raised my right hand and swore in to the Army!
Bonus praise…the same day that we found out my medical waiver had been approved, my wife had gone to the doctor and found out we are having twins!!!
