Significant family strife. Mom has early dementia and lives in another state. Not doing well and declining. My husband thinks she is toxic and manipulative and is pushing for me not to talk to her. I love her and I want to be able to show her care and support. I know that I can do this without it being unhealthy, but my husband refuses to see this. Please pray that God will soften his heart to see this. I am afraid that I won’t be able to see her before she really declines. Husband has a lot of anger and bitterness from his past. We have talked about divorce. I don’t want a divorce, but sometimes don’t know if I can continue being his scapegoat. Please pray for our family, our marriage…Please also pray for my stepfather who is not a believer.
