Please pray. A family in our church (and coworkers) lost their son to addiction. I cannot imagine what they are going through, nor can I describe how this has struck me this week. Tragedy like this, even when it doesn’t directly relate to me has such an impact on me and how I interact in the world around me. Yesterday at work a situation that should’ve been handled differently by my team blew up into something much larger than it should have been, now here I sit at work, just praying that we’re all able to move on and that no lasting damage has been done. I’ve given it to God, I know he’s in control, but pray for our little community, the family who has suffered an unimaginable loss and my team.
